Creative Rx Studio is a weekly, in-person group “playshop” where paint becomes your meditation, movement, and medicine. Whether you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since childhood or you’re an experienced creative looking for freedom in your process, this space is for you.

 

Here, there are no rules. No critique. No end product to perfect.


Just you, color, movement, and a safe space to explore.

What’s Included:

  • 4 weekly in-person group sessions (1.5 hours each)
  • All painting materials included (bring your own apron!)
  • Gentle guidance in intuitive painting practices
  • A private group container of 4 people for safety and connection
  • Optional open studio drop-ins and individual sessions after completion
  • Eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement under health & well-being coaching

$525 total


→ $125 non-refundable registration (to hold your spot)
→ $400 remaining balance due before first session

Weekend Intensives | One weekend/month
